Canine Standards takes serious any complaints about active members and any company or individual listed in the directory. This form is intended for concerns involving professional misconduct, animal welfare, safety, dishonesty, harassment, or violations of the Canine Standards Code of Conduct and Ethics. Please provide as much specific, factual information as possible so the matter can be reviewed fairly.
